Christopher M. Nickele
Dr. Christopher Nickele is a Chicago native and an open and endovascular neurosurgeon. He specializes in aneurysms, vascular malformations, dural arteriovenous fistulas, carotid narrowing, brain tumors, strokes, disc herniations, carpal tunnel, and lumbar stenosis. Dr. Nickele received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated from the Honors Program, magna cum laude. He received his medical degree from Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine and completed his neurosurgical residency at the University of Wisconsin. He completed a fellowship in Endovascular and Open Vascular Neurosurgery at Semmes Murphey Clinic and the University of Tennessee and is currently an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at the University of Tennessee.
