Leland Berkwits

Dr. Leland Berkwits is a fellowship-trained and board-certified expert in interventional spine care with over 20 years of experience. He specializes in treating chronic pain and degenerative conditions of the spine and joints, offering a range of minimally invasive procedures to help patients manage pain and improve mobility.

Dr. Berkwits is skilled in advanced techniques such as epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency facet joint denervation, interventional treatment of pain due to arthritis affecting the joints, and spinal cord stimulator trials. He focuses on providing compassionate, patient-centered care, particularly for those who are not surgical candidates.

Dr. Berkwits earned his medical degree from Northwestern University and completed a fellowship in Interventional Spine and Pain Management at Orthopedic and Spine Specialists in York, Pennsylvania. He is dedicated to helping patients find relief and restore their quality of life through targeted, non-surgical pain management solutions.
